Refund policy

Throttle Casa offers a 15-day exchange and return policy from delivery date.  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage or defects with your order or you are not satisfied, please contact Throttle Casa within 5 days upon delivery. 
 
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges or returns must be received by Throttle Casa within 15 days from the delivery date. 
 
For exchange or return, the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs.  
 
Exchanges will be processed when the entire order is received from by Throttle Casa. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
 
All exchanges or returns must be free of scratches or blemishes from attempted installation defects. We will not accept any exchanges or returns for products that have been modified or damaged by the buyer. Due to the fine finishes on our license plate frames, please 'DO NOT INSTALL LICENSE PLATE FRAME OR ACRYLIC MOTO-LENS UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THAT IT IS THE DESIGN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.' Once parts have been installed, they cannot be returned for exchange. 
 
Moto-Lenz acrylic license covers are non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your exchange request has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation of receipt via email. You will be notified by email confirming that we received your exchange. You will also be notified when your exchange is approved or denied.
 
Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be reviewed and processed.  
We will email you the status of your exchange. 
 
PLEASE USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH A TRACKING OPTION - THROTTLE CASA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXCHANGES LOST IN SHIPPING. EXCHANGE ITEMS LOST IN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 
 
All products are subject to customer discretion. There are multiple options.
