. WHAT IS HYPER-FLASH OR BULB-OUT WARNING?
LED bulbs are more efficient than incandescent bulbs and consume less power. The lower power consumption of LED bulbs may trigger Outage Detection systems, bulb-out or hyper-flash of the turn signals on some vehicles. The turn signal flash rate can be corrected by installing a Load Equalizer. A Load Equalizer is required for each incandescent turn signal lamp that is replaced by an LED experiencing bulb-out or hyper-flash warnings.
· PREVENTS HYPER-FLASHING AND BULB-OUT WARNING
By balancing the power consumption between your car and newer LED replacement bulbs, our Load Equalizer helps prevent bulb-out warnings and hyper-flashing of the turn signals on some vehicles.
· EASY TO MOUNT:
Simply attach the load equalizer to a flat metal surface (Usuallyunder the seat) for proper heat transfer, then attach wires to the socket with provided clips.
Note: If you are not familiar with wiring or electronic parts, we recommend that you have the Load Equalizer installed by an experienced professional or dealership.
· LOWER BULB TEMPERATURE:
The high cooling capacity heat sink of the Load Equalizer lowers the surface temperature which is often overheated when LED replacement bulbs are used.
